I have been enabling security operations, managing technical teams and building security tools for over a decade now, covering Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. I currently serve as Security Engineering Lead at Bloomberg Industry Group and have held senior roles at TikTok and Visa, where I learned that great security is never just about technology. It's about people, process, and earning trust at scale. I've also made it my mission to open the door for others. I've designed cybersecurity learning programs reaching over 60,000 learners across 105 countries. That is exactly why I built SailingCyber to give people the direction I wish I'd had when I was starting out. Blessed Uyo is a seasoned cybersecurity leader, engineer, and technology innovator with over a decade of hands-on experience securing complex cloud and enterprise environments. He is currently the Co-Founder & CTO of Forteshield.ai, where he builds secure AI, an advanced AI security and governance platforms for production-grade AI systems, helping teams safely adopt and manage AI at scale.
Ade Ademule
Senior Security Engineer with 10+ years of experience securing cloud infrastructure and identity systems, specializing in Zero Trust architecture and threat detection at enterprise scale. Combines deep technical expertise in cloud security with hands-on infrastructure engineering to protect large, complex environments.
Abimbola Abel
Abimbola leads the partnerships, growth strategy, and market expansion that carry SailingCyber's mission of building cybersecurity careers to a wider audience. She brings more than a decade of experience in technology, including her work as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at Amazon Web Services, where she designed cloud solutions for organizations operating at global scale. Her career across global organizations has given her a rare command of both the technical depth and the business insight required to turn complex technology into measurable results. Bim is also the cofounder of Dinastia Studios and Spaces, a professional video and podcast recording studio, where she pairs her technical expertise with an entrepreneurial drive to help creators and brands tell their stories. At SailingCyber, she charts the course for the strategic relationships and new opportunities that open doors for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
Ify Arry
Ifeanyi is a cybersecurity engineer with a Master's in Computer Information Systems Security and specialty in Identity and Access Management (IAM). At PwC, he designed and deployed enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) systems for Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, banking, oil and gas, and food industries. He speaks on security infrastructure and currently as a serial entrepreneur, he builds technology infrastructure across US and African markets through LeapTra. He coaches professionals transitioning into security, switching domains, and upskilling in established roles.
